WebLens is operated by Vasilis Totskas, Kalama 25, 10443 Athens, Greece ("we"). Contact: vassilistotskas@msn.com. These terms govern your use of the WebLens API, website and MCP server (the "service").
WebLens fetches, renders, searches and extracts publicly available web content on your request, and returns it through an HTTP API. The endpoints, their inputs, outputs and prices are documented at /docs and /openapi.json.
Per request (x402). A paid endpoint answers 402 Payment Required with its price. You pay by signing a USDC transfer that settles on-chain. If the request fails, the payment is not settled. A settled payment is final.
Prepaid API keys. You can buy a prepaid credit pack by card.
Credit-Cost and Credit-Balance response headers show the amount charged and what remains.POST /account/key/rotate, and the old key stops working at once. We can restore access to a lost key only when you prove the purchase, for example with the Link receipt.Marketplaces. When you use WebLens through a marketplace such as Apify, that marketplace bills you under its own terms.
Prices per call may change. Changes are published in the documentation before they apply, and credit you already bought keeps its dollar value.
/crawl honours robots.txt by default. We may refuse, rate-limit or suspend use that breaks these terms or endangers the service. If we close an account for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund its unused balance.
The service is provided as is, without a service-level commitment. Web content and third-party providers can change or fail, so results may be incomplete. We may change or retire endpoints, giving notice in the documentation where we can.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right a consumer has under mandatory law.
If you buy as a consumer, you keep your mandatory rights. That includes the 14-day right of withdrawal described in Link's terms; see our refund policy.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
